Weleo PUR Hot Melt Adhesive Machines come in two main types. The first type is specifically suited for pouch-type polyurethane reactive PUR adhesives. This machine utilizes a cylinder to press downwards, tearing open the sealed block gasket at the bottom of the aluminum foil packaging bag and directing the adhesive into the lower part of the pressure tank. The middle layer’s hot melt plate is progressively heated to the desired melting temperature, ensuring uniform melting of the adhesive. The melted hot melt adhesive is then stored in the heated melt tank below, maintaining its fluidity.

The second type is the barrel-type PUR adhesive machine, which uses a heated platen to press downwards, causing the melted adhesive to be dispensed through a precision gear pump on the platen. Regardless of the type, as the adhesive flows, it is transported through a gear pump to the hose and nozzle for application. The entire system operates in a completely enclosed environment during the melting process, effectively preventing interference from external impurities and ensuring the purity and stability of the adhesive.
