Its working principle is straightforward and efficient: sensors inside the melting tank precisely monitor the liquid level. When the level drops to a preset threshold, they swiftly send a signal to the solenoid valve, prompting the vacuum feeding pump to efficiently and accurately transfer adhesive pellets into the melting tank. Once the system reaches the preset filling level, the filling cycle automatically stops until the next low-level detection, ensuring precise and efficient feeding throughout the process.
